WRT Class Overview

The IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) course covers the core principles of water damage restoration, including drying techniques, moisture detection, and remediation best practices.

Students who complete this course are eligible to take the IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification exam.

Class Schedule - Zoom / Live Stream

The following schedule applies to all days of training.

  • 8:00 AM - class begins
  • 5:00 PM - class ends

This is a Live Stream / Online training. Each student is required to have their own computer with a web cam and audio connection. Students are expected to be on camera and fully engaged in class each day.

Zoom/Class Login information will be sent via email approximately 48 hours before class begins.

Rudy Alford

Rudy Alford has taught thousands of students while traveling coast to coast in the USA and internationally in Australia. He is an IICRC certified double master and also served on IICRC Technical Advisory Committees (TAC) for the contents packing and moving certification course. Rudy currently teaches WRT, FSRT, OCT and CPT classes.

IICRC Certification

To earn certification, students must pass the certification exam, which is available for an additional fee paid directly to the IICRC. Students must visit www.iicrc.org to register online and submit the exam fee prior to or on the first day of class. Please contact the IICRC with any questions regarding this process.
