DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms, “AG Pro Training,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to AG Pro Training LLC, an independent online education marketplace accessible via agprotraining.com (“the Site”). “Services” refers to the class registration and related offerings provided through the Site. “Students” refers to individuals who register for training classes listed on the Site. “Instructors” or “schools” refers to independent third-party entities offering classes through the Site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accessing or otherwise using the Site you agree to the terms and conditions described herein. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Policies by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the class following the posting of any changes to these Terms & Policies constitutes acceptance of those changes.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for classes must be made at the time of registration using accepted credit or debit cards through our secure payment processor. AG Pro Training does not accept cash, checks, or invoice requests. 

CHARGEBACKS/PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution without first contacting AG Pro Training to resolve the issue may result in cancellation of your registration and a permanent ban from future classes. We reserve the right to pursue collection action or legal remedies for disputed charges that are deemed valid under our refund policy.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.
Due to tax regulations and compliance requirements, we are unable to process registrations for students residing outside the United States of America. 

INSTRUCTOR INDEPENDENCE AND NON-EMPLOYMENT CLAUSE
Instructors and schools listed on this platform are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the design, delivery, and execution of their classes. AG Pro Training does not employ instructors, oversee class delivery, or guarantee certification outcomes.

NON-SOLICITATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Instructors and schools represent that they have the legal right to offer their courses on this platform and are not bound by exclusivity or non-compete agreements that would prohibit participation. AG Pro Training does not solicit instructors who are under contract with competing training organizations. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AG Pro Training is a neutral, independent online education marketplace that connects students with classes offered by independent third-party instructors and schools. We do not own, operate, or control the physical or virtual classrooms, facilities, equipment, or materials used by instructors or schools.

By registering for a class through our Site, you acknowledge and agree that AG Pro Training is not liable for any injury, illness, property damage, or loss of any kind that may occur before, during, or after your participation in a class. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries related to the use of any tools, chemicals, facilities, or equipment provided by the instructor, school, or host location.

Students agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AG Pro Training, its owners, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to their participation in any class, including any acts, omissions, or negligence on the part of the instructor or school.

TUITION PROTECTION AND REFUNDS
Students may optionally select tuition protection during registration to secure a full refund in the event of cancellation or rescheduling. Without tuition protection, standard refund policies apply and are listed on the Class Policies page.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method. AG Pro Training does not control refund processing times by banks or credit card providers.

GOVERNING LAW
Students and AG Pro Training agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement, your use of the Site, or participation in any class shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kalamazoo County, Michigan. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue therein.
