Finding & Registering For Classes

To find classes on AG Pro Training, click "Find a Class" in the top menu and then select your desired class category. On the next page, you can select the specific class you'd like to take to find a list of all upcoming dates available.

You can also click any of the popular class links below to jump to that page:

Check the site often - our list of classes is Always Growing!

All class fees must be paid via credit card at the time of registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Yes! When signing up for any class you will have the option to add multiple people to your group.

After registering for the first student, you'll be prompted with a step to add additional people to your group. NOTE: In order to qualify for group discounts, all students in the group must be registered at the same time.

All class prices and discount offers are the sole discretion of the individual instructor or school. Some instructors may offer group discounts or earlybird rates. See each individual class registration page for details.

Registration fees grant the student access to the scheduled class and include the use of the class manuals or other instructional materials provided by the instructor for use during the course.

Registration fees do not include IICRC exam fees, which are paid separately to the IICRC directly. Please contact the IICRC directly for assistance with exams: Contact - IICRC

If you have a group of technicians in need of training, a private course may be of great benefit to your organization. We are happy to help coordinate private training with our instructor partners.

Changing My Registration

We understand that unexpected events can come up, and we aim to make our cancellation policy as fair and flexible as possible.

AG Pro Training partners with independent instructors who schedule venues, travel, materials, and staffing well in advance. Because many classes have limited seating, last-minute cancellations often make it difficult—or impossible—for instructors to fill those seats.

For that reason, our cancellation policy is based on how close to the class start date the request is made.

Cancellations by Students

  • 30+ Days Before Class Begins: Students who wish to cancel their registration more than 30 days before the first day of class are eligible for a full (100%) refund.

  • 14-30 Days Before Class Begins: Students who cancel within 14-30 days before class are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Less than 14 Days Before Class Begins: Students who cancel less than two weeks (14 days) before class are not eligible for a refund.

Registrations may be transferred to another student at the same company at any time. In some cases, registrations may be transferred to a future class with the same instructor, rather than canceled. Transfer requests are subject to availability and instructor approval.

You may transfer your seat to another person within your company any time before class begins.

  1. Login to the class webpage or click the "Modify Registration" link within the confirmation email.
  2. Change the information from the old student to the new one.

For assistance with transferring your registration to a different student, contact support@agprotraining.com.

Students may transfer their registration to a future class of equal or lesser value if the request meets the following criteria:

  • Request must be made before the start of class.
If no request is received, you will be considered a "no show" and are not eligible for transfer.

  • Transfer only permitted to a future date offered by the same instructor.
If no future date with the instructor is available, no credit or refund will be issued. We are not able to transfer registrations between different instructors or schools.

  • Students are allowed no more than 2 transfer requests.

To request a class transfer, contact support@agprotraining.com.

Live Stream Training

Students enrolled in Live Stream training must provide their own computer, Internet, webcam and audio connection. Sharing is not permitted – one computer per person. Students should also be in a quiet, distraction-free environment.

Students may not share a computer for a Live Stream class. All students must be registered individually for each class and have their own equipment, including computer, webcam, and microphone/speaker.

To access your digital class resources, login to your class event page and click on "Digital Resources" in the top menu. You can also click "Digital Resources" in your confirmation email.

Please contact support@agprotraining.com if you need assistance.

Zoom meeting information is typically emailed to students 1–2 days prior to the first day of class. If you have not received this information, contact support@agprotraining.com.

IICRC Certification

The IICRC exam is not mandatory.

However, we do strongly encourage technicians to take the exam, as it formalizes your certification and is a strong authority signal to customers. In some states, contractors who perform water or mold remediation are required to show proof of training in order to work in the state. (Check with your local state or county business bureau for specific requirements).

No. Registration fees cover the instructor-led training and class materials only.

The IICRC manages all exams, scoring, and certifications independently, and as such, exam fees are paid directly to them.

If you have questions about exam pricing, scheduling, or certification status, you can contact the IICRC directly here: Contact - IICRC

Don’t worry—this is usually a timing or administrative issue and does not mean there’s a problem with your registration.

This is usually a timing or administrative delay and doesn’t mean there’s an issue with your registration. Instructors submit course dates to the IICRC, and occasionally listings take time to appear.

If you don’t see your class listed, just contact AG Pro Training at support@agprotraining.com. We’re happy to verify the course details and work directly with the instructor and the IICRC to help get everything resolved.

IICRC exam results are private and are shared only between the IICRC and the individual student. For privacy and security reasons, exam results are not provided to AG Pro Training.

If you need a copy of your exam results or have questions about your certification status, you’ll need to contact the IICRC directly at exams@iicrcnet.org. Their team can assist you with accessing your results or answering any exam-related questions.

To register for the IICRC exam, visit my.iicrc.org/eweb. You will need to sign in or create an account and upload a picture of your ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Then you will select your exam from the list of instructors/course dates and complete your purchase.

We recommend downloading these IICRC Exam Registration Directions and sharing with your team members.

As of 2026, the IICRC exam fees are as follows:

  • Standard Technician Exams: $80 per exam, per student
  • Applied Microbial Remediation Technician: $150 per exam, per student

All exam fees are paid directly to the IICRC and are not included in your class registration fee.
