CCMT Class Overview
IICRC Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician (CCMT) teaches entry-level commercial carpet cleaning techniques focused on the maintenance of carpet in commercial facilities. In addition to the basics of carpet construction, emphasis will be placed on teaching the IICRC S100 carpet cleaning methodologies, safety procedures, and proactive techniques.
Course graduates will have a basic understanding of the importance of preventative, interim, restorative and salvage cleaning and how they contribute to the overall success of the commercial carpet maintenance program.
Ideal for: Technicians, business owners and managers, contractors, and property managers.
Class Location & Schedule - Hybrid (Attend In-Person or Via Zoom)
The following schedule applies to all days of training.
- 8:00 AM - class begins
- 5:00 PM - class ends
Students should arrive a few minutes early on day 1 and be on time for all days of training.

Each student is required to have their own computer with a web cam and audio connection. Students are expected to be on camera and fully engaged in class each day.

Robert Falzone
Robert Falzone is an approved IICRC instructor with over 30 years of experience and teaches classes through his school RFSC Worldwide LLC. He also is a training consultant for Coval Technologies and Master field technician for COIT of Las Vegas. Robert holds many IICRC certifications and is an IICRC Master Textile Technician.
