Ann Bedwell

Ann started in the industry as an operations manager for a large Commercial and high-end residential flooring maintenance company in Los Angeles, CA.

After working in restoration and remediation, chemical manufacturing and microfiber manufacturing, Ann developed a client base of hospitality and casinos which she provides consulting services and training to.

Ann is an approved IICRC instructor, and holds the certifications as a Master Textile Cleaner, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and a Journeyman Water Restorer.

Ann also contributes to various standards groups including the S540 Trauma and Crime Scene Cleaning standard, the IICRC Safety and Health Field Guide and the forthcoming S900 Illicit Drug Cleaning standard.

Graham Bedwell

Graham is a Senior Carpet Inspector with more than thirty five years’ experience in flooring maintenance.  He currently provides consulting services for residential, commercial and hospitality clients.

Graham holds numerous certifications including IICRC Water Restorer Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician and contributes to various standards groups including the S300 Upholstery Cleaning standard.
