Chris Spensley is an IICRC-approved instructor and active restoration professional based in Southeast Michigan. He owns and operates a successful restoration company while also teaching advanced certification courses in water damage, fire damage, odor control, and trauma scene restoration. Chris remains hands-on in daily company operations, ensuring the education he delivers reflects current standards, real-world jobsite conditions, and practical applications.

He holds multiple certifications, including:

• Master Certified Fire Damage Restorer (IICRC)
• Registered Industrial Hygiene Professional (NREP)
• Council Certified Indoor Air Quality Consultant (ACAC)
• Licensed Residential Builder (Michigan)
• Licensed Asbestos Inspector (Michigan), EPA Lead Renovator

Chris has also attended many OSHA Certification classes including HAZWOPER and 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health. Chris earned his MBA from Cleary University and degrees in Construction Management and Building Construction from Ferris State University. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force (ANG), serving with the 127th Wing and deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

In addition to his professional work, Chris is committed to community leadership and service. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Cleary University (Howell, MI) and formerly the Andrus Family Fund (NY, NY).
