Destry Ransdell is the President of TEC Pro, a company dedicated to providing training, education, and consulting for restoration and remediation professionals. With more than 20 years of experience in the restoration and construction industries, Destry has served in a wide range of roles, including estimator, project manager, and technician.
An IICRC Instructor and Certified Master Textile Cleaner, Master Water Restorer, and Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, Destry combines deep technical expertise with a passion for helping others succeed. He continues to stay active in the field as a consultant and trainer, ensuring that his teaching reflects the latest methods, best practices, and technologies shaping the industry.
Known for his engaging and approachable teaching style, Destry brings real-world experience and a sense of humor to every class—making technical training both informative and enjoyable.
When he’s not in the classroom, Destry enjoys coaching his daughter’s softball team and spending weekends at home catching practices and games. And when visiting RTI, you’ll often find him at the ice cream machine—crafting his signature root beer float after lunch.
