Dustin started in the restoration industry in 2011 working as a water technician with a large franchise organization and quickly worked his way into supervisory positions. He then went to work with a privately owned restoration firm as a co-owner and manager of the mitigation department.

Dustin worked on residential losses of all types and commercial losses including some large clients like FedEx and Amazon. His experiences in the industry include everything from water, mold, reconstruction, and remodeling. Dustin formed his own full-service restoration company in 2017 which has been quite successful.

One thing that sets Dustin apart is his background prior to the restoration industry. Dustin is unique in that he is bi-lingual, fluent in English and Spanish. He taught English in Mexico for high schoolers at a private school for two years and worked for the Mexican government doing community outreach and humanitarian work.

During this time Dustin met his wonderful wife Yesenia and became a father to a beautiful young lady, Penelope. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, surfing, golfing, and exercising.

Dustin is not only excited to be an IICRC approved instructor but also honored to be able to teach the WRT course to a huge underserved market in the industry.
