Hands down, this was the most engaging, well-prepared, and informative class I’ve ever taken. Greg, aside from being brilliant in his field, he is by far the most captivating instructor I’ve ever had the privilege to learn from. His teaching style—particularly your use of analogies—made even the most complex concepts easy to understand and incredibly memorable. His knowledge, skill, and pride in your craft are nothing short of inspiring.

Having been in this field for a couple of decades, I didn’t expect to walk away having learned so much—or to realize just how much I thought I knew, when in fact, there was still a world of depth I had yet to uncover. His course has truly shifted my mindset. I’ve decided to pursue certification in every facet of my business—not just for my techs (many of whom have been with me for years, others who come and go), but for myself. The one person I know for sure is going to be around is me—and now I want to be just as certified as anyone else on my team, or in more so in every facet available.

At no point during his class was I ever bored, disengaged, or anything less than fully invested in what he had to say next. His ability to hold attention, connect with his students, and share his life experiences in this industry is a gift. Taking a three-day certification course isn’t always the most exciting prospect, but Greg Anderson made the WRT (Water Restoration Technician) training both engaging and enjoyable. He has a great way of presenting the material with real-world examples that make it easy to understand and apply. As someone new to the industry, I encountered a lot of unfamiliar concepts and terminology, but Greg broke everything down in a way that was clear, practical, and even fun. I highly recommend his training for anyone looking to get certified!
