Mike holds IICRC Master certifications in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Textile Cleaning, along with certification in Large Loss Mastery. His experience spans estimating, reconstruction, operations, and the management of complex restoration projects.

As founder of XCEL Restoration Academy, Mike provides personalized Xactimate training, operational consulting, and team development for restoration professionals across the country. His straightforward, practical teaching style connects technical knowledge with the challenges contractors face in the field.
