Thomas Cermak has been in the cleaning and restoration industry for over 4 decades. Thomas has always had a place in his heart for those in the industry who want to learn and has also owned and operated several successful carpet cleaning and restoration firms. Thomas started mentoring other startup companies and often donates his time, knowledge and even supplies to help anyone who asks.

He is a certified carpet inspector and hard surface inspector and currently one of only 2 instructors in the world able to teach all 5 disciplines necessary to achieve Master Textile status! 

When not teaching Thomas can often be found traveling to inspect projects for flooring installation issues and conditions. Thomas can also be found holding mini clinics for students who want advanced training in carpet cleaning, spot dying and repairs.
