Course Overview

The IICRC WRT/ASD combo course allows you to earn both the Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certifications in a single five-day training program!

  • WRT Certification: Focuses on the fundamentals of water damage restoration, including mitigation techniques and safety practices.
     
  • ASD Certification: Covers advanced drying techniques and the science behind effective restoration practices, including hands-on experience in real-life drying situations

As part of this training, you'll get hands-on learning in a flood house! Spend time learning how to monitor the drying process and provide critical documentation to support it in a real-world scenario.

Ideal for: Technicians, business owners and managers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and property managers.

Use this certification to:

  • Pursue partnerships with TPAs and convey professionalism and a deep understanding of how to meet and exceed program requirements
  • Prove your restoration company's proficiency in mitigation practices and industry standards

This course qualifies for 14 IICRC Continuing Education Credits (CECs).

IICRC Certification

To earn certification, students must pass the certification exam, which is available for an additional fee paid directly to the IICRC.

Students must visit www.iicrc.org to register online and submit the exam fee prior to or on the first day of class.

Please keep a copy of your payment confirmation or have the means to log in at the end of the scheduled class to report to the instructor once exam registration is complete. You will need to provide proof of registration to complete the exam on the last day of training. Please contact the IICRC with any questions regarding this process.
