CCT Class Overview
The IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) course teaches the fundamentals of professional carpet cleaning for residential and light commercial environments. Students learn how to identify carpet fibers, choose the correct cleaning methods, remove spots and stains, and use cleaning chemistry and equipment effectively.

Class Schedule - Zoom / Live Stream
The following schedule applies to all days of training.
- 10:00 AM - check-in
- Class begins 30 min after check-in
- 5:00 PM - class ends
This is a Live Stream / Online training. Each student is required to have their own computer with a web cam and audio connection. Students are expected to be on camera and fully engaged in class each day.
Zoom/Class Login information will be sent via email approximately 48 hours before class begins.

Meet Your Instructor
Ann Bedwell
Ann started in the industry as an operations manager for a large Commercial and high-end residential flooring maintenance company in Los Angeles, CA. After working in restoration and remediation, chemical manufacturing and microfiber manufacturing, Ann developed a client base of hospitality and casinos which she provides consulting services and training to.
Ann is an approved IICRC instructor, and holds the certifications as a Master Textile Cleaner, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and a Journeyman Water Restorer. Ann also contributes to various standards groups including the S540 Trauma and Crime Scene Cleaning standard, the IICRC Safety and Health Field Guide and the forthcoming S900 Illicit Drug Cleaning standard.

IICRC Certification
To earn IICRC certification, students must pass the certification exam and pay the exam fee directly to the IICRC. Exam registration is completed through iicrc.org.
Students must register online and submit the exam fee prior to or on the first day of class. Please keep a copy of your payment confirmation or have the means to log in at the end of the scheduled class to report to the instructor once exam registration is complete. You will need to provide proof of registration to complete the exam on the last day of training. Please contact the IICRC with any questions regarding this process.
