Introductory level certification that covers the cleaning industry’s best practices, principles, theories, methodology, and procedures to perform routine, periodic, and restorative cleaning and maintenance of hard surface flooring. 

IICRC Stone, Masonry, & Tile Care Technician (SMT)

Covers the proper maintenance and cleaning of natural and human-made (cultured) stone, ceramic tile, masonry, and grout surfaces. Upon achieving the certification, demonstrate you know how to perform maintenance-related tasks involving stone, masonry, and ceramic tile surfaces.
