Unexpected things happen. A big job comes up, someone gets sick, or an employee leaves suddenly. With Tuition Protection, you don’t have to worry about losing your registration fee if plans change.

Tuition Protection is an optional add-on available at the time of registration. It allows you to cancel your class for any reason and receive a full refund of your registration fee.

It’s ideal for:

• Contractors with busy or unpredictable schedules
• Teams juggling job starts and staffing changes
• Owners who need flexibility without the admin headache

Get peace of mind knowing your registration fee is refundable if something comes up—no tracking credits, no rescheduling hoops, no juggling dates.

1. Add Tuition Protection during registration.

2. If plans change, submit your refund request before the last day of class.

3. Receive a full refund of your registration fee.

Without Tuition Protection, class registration fees are non-refundable.

However, you still have options:

1. Transfer your seat to another student at your company at any time.

2. Move your registration to a future class with the same instructor

• Student name
• Class title + start date
• Order/registration number

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Requests received after the last day of class are not eligible.
